Kelly is a lifelong resident of Canal Winchester and a 1997 graduate of Bloom Carroll High School. She is also a 2001 graduate of The Ohio State University with a double Bachelor’s degree is Broadcast Journalism and Pre-law. She attended Hondros College where she obtained her real estate license too.

Karen is a life-long resident of Fairfield County and resides in the Bloom Carroll School District. Karen has been married to her husband Ernie for 36 years, and he is a retired Police Lieutenant from The City of Upper Arlington PD. She is the proud mother of four children: Allen, who is also a licensed Realtor and a City of
Lancaster Firefighter; Alicia who has her Master’s Degree in Nursing and is pursuing a degree as a nurse practitioner; Amanda who is an employee for the City of Lancaster in the Clerk’s Office; and, Adam, a Police Officer for the City of Lancaster.
Karen has been a licensed realtor since 2006. She is extremely detail oriented and doesn’t quit until the job is done! In addition to running her own real estate transactions, Karen is also The “A” Team’s personal assistant and helps make sure that all transactions get to the closing table as smoothly as possible.
In addition to residential property, Karen also has experience in managing multi-unit apartment complexes and single housing rentals.

Victoria received her real estate license from the State of Ohio in 2011 and worked for an independent broker before joining Kelly Abbott & The “A” Team, HER Realtors in November 2016. Victoria also has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, she is passionate about real estate and healthcare.
